Required Education and Experience 1.Strong English language proficiency is essential, as teachers, students and parents primarily use English. Additionally, the task of this position is to specifically teach students English skills. 2.Ability to build relationships with students, colleagues and parents 3.Background experience teaching English-as-a-Second-Language, and familiarity with common international teaching practices. Ideally, the successful candidate has worked with international students and can support non-Chinese ESL students, as well as Chinese ESL students. 4.Willingness to collaborate with BC-certified teachers and and BC Principal to plan ESL classes, or to help support students in their classroom setting. Responsibilities: 1.Independently teach a number of ESL classes to students needing ESL support 2.Collaboratively support ESL students in their homeroom classrooms 3.Collaboratively plan lessons based on the BC program, and student needs 4.Supervise students during their break periods 5.Support the school’s extracurricular program by hosting or supporting a club activity 6.Support the school’s special events and activities, with varying roles of responsibility 任职要求： 1.本科或以上学历，英语专业，专业八级，师范院校优先; 2.有教师资格证，热爱教育行业，认同枫叶文化。 3.该岗位为短期一学期的代课教师岗位 电话：027-81925703 邮箱：wuhanhr@mapleleaf.net.cn
